And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.

Long ago, God’s presence came down to earth. It came in cloud, in fire, in a tent setup in the center of the lives of God’s people. God “tabernacled” among them… his presence had come near. But centuries later, God would come down to earth yet again. He would again “tabernacle” with his people; this time not in a tent of animal skins surrounded by priests and sacrifices…but in the tent of a human body, putting on his own skin, becoming our great high priest and our perfect and final sacrifice. This special Christmas service will celebrate the glory of the incarnation and how Christ who lived among us shows us truly how to live.

Services at 4 and 6 p.m. Childcare provided through age 4. Hot chocolate and Christmas cookies will be served between services.
